Payment Terms
ARCHLUXPRO pricing is primarily listed in USD. Currency conversion shown on the website is for convenience only. Final payment amount is based on the agreed USD price unless otherwise confirmed in writing.
Starting a Project
Work begins after payment or deposit is confirmed. For larger projects, milestone payments may be used. For smaller landing pages or starter websites, full payment may be required before work begins.
Accepted Payment Methods
We may accept PayPal, bank transfer, and selected crypto payment methods. Manual payment methods may require proof of payment before the project starts.
PayPal Payments
PayPal payments may redirect to PayPal checkout using the payment email configured by ARCHLUXPRO. If payment is made through a personal PayPal account, admin confirmation may be required before an order is marked as paid.
Refunds
Because web design work involves time, planning, and custom digital labor, payments may become non-refundable once work has started. If a refund request is made before work begins, it will be reviewed based on project status and payment fees.
Changes After Approval
After a design or page is approved, extra changes, new features, additional pages, or third-party integrations may require additional payment.
